Poor Credit Without Bankruptcy
AGF Trust has programs to allow borrowers with a credit score as low as 540 and who have not been bankrupt to qualify for a mortgage. The maximum LTV on this product is 85%.
LTV – Loan To Value ratio. The amount being borrowed versus the value of the property. A $190,000 mortgage on a $200,000 property would produce a 95% LTV ratio.
